Empath Training

Empath training is for women who find they feel any of these things:

  • You take on the emotions of those around you.
  • You become easily overwhelmed by strong emotions.
  • You cannot tell if you are feeling your own emotions or someone else’s feelings.
  • You have social anxiety or stress around people.
  • You may feel the world is too loud, too bright, too fast or simply too full.
  • You feel the need to “fix” the emotions of people around you.
  • You avoid crowds, dislike airports, malls, festivals, etc.
  • You involve yourself  in other peoples issues in order to avoid dealing with your own.
  • You wish you could find emotional peace and inner calm.

We often forget what we know. We forget to practice every day the concepts we have learned but have not truly internalized to help us heal. We also need to learn new ways to embody our own power, create healthy boundaries and decide how we want to feel. Becoming a feminist activist for YOUR OWN WELL BEING is a radical act. Women are encultured to take care of others. It is a brave and courageous act to work on your own healing and be willing to get to the root cause of your own troubles and worries.
